Vibrant Window Program:

RDA’s Vibrant Windows program seeks to empower and showcase local artisans while activating vacant storefronts in the River District. Studies show that filling vacant windows with art or decoration can show the community and developers what is possible, thus leading to revitalization efforts.

Rain Art:

Rain art is a stencil that only appears on concrete on a rainy day.  The River District Association has installed several designs at bus stops around the River District.
