New Business Packet and Ribbon Cutting Guidelines

Welcome to the River District!  Starting or relocating a business in the River District may feel like it takes a lot of steps.  We created this New Business Welcome Packet as a convenient reference for new businesses.  Please note, this may not be comprehensive.  Be sure to do your due diligence in speaking with the City to make sure you have all the necessary permits and licenses to operate in the River District. 

Also, the River District Association is happy to help arrange ribbon cuttings for new or expanding businesses in the River District.  Please see our Ribbon Cutting Guide for info on how to get set up with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony (This information is also included in the New Business Welcome Packet).
